If you change your mind about our product before you have downloaded any files, we will issue you a full refund upon your request.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded the product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Please note that the refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of your purchase.

If the files being part of our products are in any way damaged or corrupt, we will replace them on your request.
